I've only just discovered this before a gig - because I had a plan to record my set to the Arrangement View and edit out some tracks later. The Drum mode won't let me trigger drum pads, or do fills with the Note Repeat buttons when the Arrangement Record button is activated... I'm hoping you can tell me a fix, so I can use it in my gig this evening. Otherwise, it would be good to know for the future!
Cheers, Ronin

Welcome to the forum. I can't think of why that would be the case. Which version of Live are you using? Also, starting from a blank Live set, can you please walk me through the steps you're using to reproduce the problem?

Hi. It's 10.1.3 - when I arrived at the gig a fellow Live teacher said "ah, yes - that's the same problem with Push as well... the Repeat function doesn't work for Drum Rack mode if you are recording to the Arrangement View from Session View"... I've just checked this with Push, and it doesn't work if a clip is playing on the Drum Rack channel. If that clip is stopped, then the Repeat function continues to work again. So - maybe a broader problem here, and not limited to Crossfire.

Apologies for the delay. I can recreate that here too. I'm not sure if that's the expected behavior or not, so I'll report it to my colleagues at Ableton.

That'd be great. I mean it's definitely something shared with Push as well. I ended up not recording the performance in the end, but it looks as though my plan to do it in the studio instead won't work anytime soon.
