everytime i install a new arsenal script (or clyphX pro, or one of it`s accessories) some preferences, or other arsenal scripts disappear.
after i installed arsenal PS_1 all matrix modes weren`t available anymore. after i installed the matrix modes again, all other arsenal controller scripts disappeared.....
and like this i`m going in circles for hours.
+ i updated bindings, but it always is listed as 1.0.3

Sorry to hear about this. I've come across this with another user, but was under the impression it was isolated to their system. Which operating system version are you using? That will help me zero in on where the problem might lie.
For now, you should be able to workaround it like so:
- Go to your Home directory and delete the folder named Contents.
- Run one of our installers.
And just repeat that process for each of the installers (making sure you delete that Contents folder before running the installer). This issue wouldn't have an impact on preferences, just the contents of Live's MIDI Remote Scripts directory. If you are finding preferences to be impacted somehow, please give me some more info on that.
As far as bindings, if you download bindings from your account on Isotonik's site, what is the name of the zip that you download?

i`m on macOS 10.12.6
and the bindings update file is called 1.0.4

Thanks for the info on your OS. The other user was running 10.13.6, so no commonality there. I would assume this is a new problem since you've had many of these products for well over a year and our installers haven't changed within that time. Do you happen to know when the problem started occurring and, if so, did you change something on your system recently (like updating the OS)?
Regarding bindings, that's correct then. It sounds like you're looking at the version of binding settings files, which aren't the same as the version of the accessory itself.

i`ve updated from 10.12.5 to 10.12.6 and yes, i don`t remember any problems before
regarding bindings version: i got the number from debugLog.txt

Thanks for the info on the OS update.
On bindings, it sounds like you either haven't installed 1.0.4 or you're looking at an old debug log.
