Hi! I'm considering purchasing the following … Arsenal_PS2 ($ 2.50) Arsenal Encoder Modes Complete Pack ($ 30.00) Arsenal Matrix Modes Complete Pack ($ 65.00) … which altogether costs $ 97.50. My question is related to the discount info on the Discounts page, where it says all purchases totaling $ 100 or more are eligible for a 30% discount. Seeing that I'm short of $ 2.50, I thought I'd add a second Arsenal_PS2, making it exactly $ 100. However, when trying to add the 100_OR_MORE discount code during checkout, nothing changes in the displayed total. Is this because there's already volume discounts comprised in the Matrix/Encode Complete packs, compared to buying each mode/pack on their own? Just a little bit confused. (Granted the discount is eligible for Complete packs as well, I was thinking: Maybe the discount eligibility threshold could be lowered to $ 97.5 (and perhaps lowering the discount percentage to make up for otherwise reduced revenue) in order to make it easier for those like me, who want the complete Arsenal smörgåsbord one go? Makes it more convenient not having to add a redundant Arsenal.) I hope I don't sound like a greedy moron! Currently, I'm in a bit of a delicate situation in terms of expenditures, which is why I'm asking. Anyway, your products sure look awesome. All the best, Henrik

Welcome to the forum. I just tested this here and the discount was applied as it should be. Did you click Apply after entering the Discount code? If not, give that a try and let me know what occurs when you click Apply. Of course, it is redundant to purchase Arsenal_PS2 twice, but it would allow you to take advantage of the discount. The only other discount we're running currently is just a 20% off discount.

Case resolved. Discount worked perfectly now. (Also threw in DDC and replaced redundant Arsenal_PS2 !). FYI: Adding discount code really didn't work for me yesterday. I hope it was only me... But in case you run in to similar reports in the future, I may have a thought of what might (or might not) have affected the issue. I have a Chrome extension installed called Honey, which is a companion thingy for actually automatically adding discount codes to online shops: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/honey/bmnlcjabgnpnenekpadlanbbkooimhnj …Why this extension didn't screw things up today (as I still have it activated), however, is beyond me.

Good to hear that you were able to apply the discount . I'll talk to the e-commerce site we use to see if we can figure out why the plugin would be causing trouble. Thanks for mentioning it!
