The manual has a section titled Settings Folders/Files that covers this. You'll find the nativeKONTROL/Arsenal directory within your User directory on either Windows or OS X.

Haven't seen you post this great stuff up on the Ableton PUSH forums yet... Was curious to see what people thought of it.
