I'm sure my question has its answer in the ClyphX Pro Bindings part of the manual but I'm not sure to understand it. I want to use my APC20 to control my set with the native script and use bindings with X-control at the same time. First of all I configured in the live preferences the native script of the APC20 then in a second slot, ClyphX Pro with the APC20 input and output. But it doesn't work well every time, sometimes the APC20 settings are active and sometimes the settings configured with ClyphX Pro take over. I tried to retrofit the APC20 and load ClyphX Pro from another script as explained in the forum.nativekontrol.com/thread/2945/tip-loading-clyphx-another-script tutorial, and in the live preferences I put the APC20 as a control surface. It works fine but as a result the original settings and those configured in X-control are active at the same time. So is there a way to use both scripts at the same time and have ClyphX Pro taking over the original script only for the settings configured in X-control or do I have to make a choice between the two? Sorry, I tried to understand the manual but my English limits me a little bit 😉

Welcome to the forum. In general, we suggest using one or the other; so either X-Controls or the native script. However, I think it's possible to override assignments of the native script with X-Controls if you have ClyphX Pro selected in a control surface slot above the native script. You should not use retrofitting in that case.

Thank you for your answer! I forgot to tell you how fantastic clyphx pro is. Thank you for your work!
I tried to select ClyphX Pro in a slot above the native script but it doesn't work. Only ClyphX pro is active but not the APC native script.
On the other hand, if the ClyphX pro script is below and the native one above it works but not all the time. I feel like if the live set is simple it'll work but when it becomes complex and I load it, only the native script is active and no longer clyphx pro.
it doesn't matter, I'll only work with clyphx pro script which is a magic tool!

Ah okay. It was worth a try I suppose.
